Cross Disciplinary
Refers to the study of one principle, discipline, or concept that relates to another multiple disciplines.. For example, politics of literature, or studied about World War II in foreign language classes.

Inter Disciplinary
Interdisciplinary can be classified to several disciplines, that exist between or beyond the study that combined into a new single unit of disciplines. For example the study of biomechanics is 2 combined disciplines into one, biology and mechanics. Without combining both of them, the barrier cannot be penetrated.

Trans Disciplinary
A unity of knowledges beyond disciplines. However, it is total different from inter disciplinary. Interdisciplinary is applying another disciplines, combining one or more into one unit, a new disciplines but still stay within the framework of the research.

 "..transdisciplinarity concerns that which is at once between the disciplines, across the different disciplines, and beyond each individual discipline. Its goal is the understanding of the present world, of which one of the imperatives is the overarching unity of knowledge..."

Qualitative Research
A method to inquiry in depth study of social sciences or market research and much more. This method focusing on human behavior and try to understanding why they behave like that under certain circumstances.

Ethnographic Studies / Research
Qualitative Research + Exploring Cultural Phenomena. Thus ethnographic focusing on exploring nature of people.
